Fitness is a Lifestyle

Many of us have made resolutions to improve our health and fitness. While having specific health and fitness goals in mind is essential, people often go to extremes to accomplish those goals and underlook the significant steps already made. From the newest fad diets to the workout trends on TikTok, we find ourselves mentally and physically drained before reaching our goals. This is because we don't yet understand and appreciate the monumental steps that we have already taken. We are so focused on the end goal that we forget to acknowledge and appreciate the goals that are between the beginning and end.

Fitness is a Journey.
